If you are on a Community plan and looking to upgrade to Pro or Premium please follow the steps in this article. If you currently have a Pro subscription and would like to change it (for example, from Monthly to Yearly billing) please follow the steps below.
Head over to the Connectter Account Settings area on our platform and log in with your email address and the password that you created when purchasing your subscription.
1. Click on Plans in the menu bar on the top side.
2. You will see a list of your subscription(s). Click on"Upgrade" button rather yearly, quarterly ormonthly.
If you are upgrading form Pro to Premium subscription wewill calculate your usage and bill you accordingly.
