If you forget your password, you can request to reset your password. If you’re already logged into your Connectter account, you can change your password from your settings.

Tips for setting up a strong password:

o  Use a unique password that is hard toguess

o  Use a combination of numbers andsymbols

o  Use a password that you'll be usingonly for your Connectter account

o  Keep your password secret. We'll neverask for your password by email, instant message or phone

Note: Once you reset or change your password,you'll need to re-log into Connectter on all of your devices, including whenyou log in with LinkedIn.

Reset your password

If your password reset link is notworking in your regular browser, try resetting it in a private Chrome, Firefox or Safari window. To open aprivate window, click File at the top of your screen, then click New Incognito Window for Chrome or NewPrivate Window for Firefox and Safari.

1. Go to the password reset page(opens in a new     window)
2. Enter your email then click Forgot password
3. Check the email     address connected to your account for a password reset email
4. From the email,     click Reset password and     enter your new password
5. Click Change Password

Note: To keep your account safe, we donot allow you to use any recently used passwords.

Change your password

1. Log into     your Connectter account
2. Click Account     settings from the     right-side navigation
3. Choose “Profile” section then choose “Security”
4. Enter your old     password followed by your new password
5. Click Change Password
